The Marketing and Advancement Institute for Independent Schools

The 15th Marketing and Advancement Institute will make its first ever visit to New England, at the Harvard Faculty Club, Cambridge MA, Tuesday-Wednesday, November 16-17, 2010.

The popular Marketing and Advancement Institute has filled each year since its origins as an NAIS event in 1996. This 2-day conference is intended for school leadership and administrators interested in learning how contemporary marketing (and we mean the holistic MBA, rather than the lay, definition of marketing can enhance the advancement of private schools.

More than 1,000 heads, trustees, and staff drawn from the core marketing functions of admissions, development, communications, and recently business offices, have attended the Institute.

“It was a great couple of days – very insightful, thought provoking, and gave me concrete thoughts to work on. As an MBA grad, this is in fact what I spend lots of time thinking about, and strategically trying to enact at our school, but your seminar gave me further solid ideas to move forward."

“Society views academia as innovative and cutting-edge, but schools and colleges resist change inside their own walls.”
